You'll find a few of your favorite things on this month's CD, along with some new treats that are sure to be favorites. Most notably, check out the Unreal Tournament Bonus Pack, with new levels and characters including the Nali Warcow. See for yourself. Though you must have the program for this to work. If you don't have it, there's a demo on this disc for your perusal. There's also the Tomb Raider II Gold update, courtesy of Aspyr Media. The update (for those who already own the game) includes four new levels where Lara is sure to please as she battles man-eating sharks and homicidal monks in, of course, nothing more than her standard-issue archaeologist skivvies. This month's CD includes such goodies as DesignWorkshop, Canvas 7, the original Classroom Quiz Show in addition to Classroom Quiz Show 2. We've also included Netscape Navigator 4.72, and we've left Internet Explorer 4.5 on the CD but only with the greatest of bitterness and heart-rending anguish since, as of press time, IE 5 was not available for download. This despite Microsoft's assertion that it would be available "probably in February." Many, many springtime apologies to you all. Please be sure to scroll down and look at the list of things we've included on the CD. They're arranged by category, which should give you a hint of what each application does even if you've never heard of it.
Also, please note that some of our demos are compressed. If they are, they'll end in a three-letter phrase like ".sit" or ".hqx" or even "zip." If any of the demos you want are compressed, simply install Aladdin's Stuffit Expander, in the same folder as this read me, and drag the demo onto Stuffit Expander. Et Voila!

If your CD-ROM is defective or damaged we will endeavor to replace it. Most of the game demos on this disc require a few pieces of Apple software to run properly. These pieces of software include OpenGL (http://www.apple.com/opengl), Input Sprockets, and NetSprockets (http://developer.apple.com/games/). Be sure to head over to www.apple.com to get all of these software updates. Also, if you require other Apple software such as QuickTime or any Mac OS updates, you must get those from Apple as well.
